Resident Portal Access

We are excited to provide you with a secure and personalized portal that includes a dashboard with notices, online rent payments, maintenance requests and payment history.

 

Portal Tabs
Home: shows your current balance, address, lease dates, rent and security deposit. Please note that items like pet rent and facilities fees are not shown on this page. From here you can make payments, setup autopay and create maintenenance requests

 

Payments: shows your charges and payment history detail. This area will show you a running total and what is owed and provide the ability to pay one time or by autopay. All rent payments are due on the 1st and must be received no later than the 5th day of the month to avaoid late fees. Select your name in the portal to add payment methods.

 

Bank Account (ACH): This service is provided to you for a $1 convenience fee and allows you to setup one time or recurring payments. However, ACH payments can take up to 5 business days to post so please be mindful of the initiation date. To use this service, just fill out your account information and process initiation date (usually the 31st to ensure posting by the 5th).

 

Credit or Debit Card Payments: In addition to ACH, you have the ability to make payments using a credit or debit card. This service is faster but still can take up to 3 business days to post. Note: the Credit/Debit Card processing company charges a fee of approximately 3% to process the transaction. The portal will calculate the exact amount and ask you to confirm prior to charging the fee. 

 

Requests: this is where you can log any and all maintenance requests for your apartment. Requests will be handled based upon vendor availability and will be addressed as soon as possible.

 

Documents: This section allows for shared documents, including your lease.

 

Settings: Click on your name to edit your preferences, payment methods, notifications and renters insurance.
