Summary - shows your payment history chart and any important notices that you need to be aware of
Statement - shows your payment history in detail. Debit items are charges for things like rent or late fees. Credit items are your payments made. This area will show you a running total of what is owed.
Repairs - this is where you can log any and all maintenance requests for your apartment. This will be handled based upon vendor availability and will be addressed as soon as possible.
Payments - shows your rent payments options. You can pay via credit card (for a small fee-about 3%) or pay via ACH (direct draft from your checking account) which is a free service to our tenants. You will need to fill out the EasyPay ACH Tenant Agreement to enable this feature.
Settings - allows you to update your email address and password, set email reminder notices for: overdue payments, when your next month bill is ready to pay and when payments are posted
