Gehring Place is a small urban oasis. The complex is made up of only 24-1 bedroom/1 bathroom units offering a quiet and serene environment. The apartments were fully remodeled in 2016, including full revamp of the pool area with cozy seating.

Every apartment overlooks the courtyard and have custom, hand stained butcher block countertops, brick accent wall and charming details. The living room is giant at 18'x12'. The bedroom is also quite large at 13'x12'. And the walk-in closet is enormous at 5'x6'. Each apartment has assigned covered parking.

The standard rental rate is $1163/month for a 12 month lease. Deposit is $600 and application fee is $50/person. We charge a $45/month facilities fee to help defray increasing water, trash, maintenance, lawn care and pool care charges. An assigned, covered parking space is included in the monthly rent.

We are a pet friendly community. No pet deposit, but there will be an additional $25/month pet rent per pet. Two pet maximum. Breed and size restrictions apply-30 lb max. Management will meet your pet prior to approval.

If desired, we are able to provide furnishings as a part of your lease rental contract. Please call us to discuss options and pricing.

We do not allow sub-leasing nor do we allow residents to rent their apartment or any portion of the apartment to any other person or entity during the lease term. Residents are not allowed to list any part of their apartment on any lodging rental website or with any person or service that advertises dwellings for rent.
